Refund Policy - the basics

Donations

All donations made to Glenn Parada Ministries are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are immediately directed toward ministry, humanitarian outreach, and mission projects. By donating, you acknowledge that no goods or services are provided in exchange and that contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Event Registrations & Sponsorships

Refund requests for event registrations or sponsorships must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and no later than 14 days before the event date.
After this period, all sales are final. However, tickets or sponsorships may be transferred to another individual or credited toward a future event at the ministry’s discretion.

Shop Purchases

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include digital products (eBooks, downloads), clearance/final-sale items, and customized or personalized products (unless defective).
Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
