Refund Policy

Donations and Offerings

Glenn Parada Ministries gratefully accepts donations and offerings to support our mission of faith, service, and humanitarian work. All donations are made voluntarily and are used to further the ministry's mission, including community outreach, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and spreading the Gospel.

General Refund Policy

As a general policy, all donations and offerings made to Glenn Parada Ministries are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are charitable contributions and are typically not eligible for refund once processed.

Exceptions

We understand that errors can occur. Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same donation, we will refund the duplicate charge.
• Incorrect Amount: If you were charged an amount different from what you intended to donate due to a technical error, we will work with you to correct the transaction.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date with the following information:

• Your full name
• Email address used for the donation
• Date and amount of the transaction
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Event Registrations

For paid event registrations, cancellation and refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. Requests made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another attendee at the discretion of Glenn Parada Ministries.

Book Purchases

For book purchases made through third-party retailers (such as Amazon), please refer to the retailer's refund policy. For books purchased directly through Glenn Parada Ministries, refund requests for physical books must be made within 14 days of receipt, and the book must be returned in its original condition.
